Well, the Saints lost, but this was the furthest they had ever advanced post-season.

And the Colts look like they're going under also. Guess it won't be a New Orleans superbowl. (Peyton Manning is a New Orleans boy.)

It's raining coldly, which doesn't bode well for tomorrow's weather.

Other than that? Well, I spotted--and bought--a T-shirt at WalMart that says (in gold ink on a black shirt) "A Woman's Place is in the Dome." I'll wear it next year to the games. I bought it because it was the first t-shirt I'd seen that had only one figure to the left of the decimal point.

Most of the people in WalMart this morning were wearing black and gold of one sort or another. The "associates" apparently were given leave to not wear the WalMart shirt.

Despite the loss and the current nasty weather, I'll bet there will still be a couple of thousand to greet the Saints when their plane comes in.

And the sun will (probably) come up tomorrow.
