Another essentially IUD. But I managed to avoid being in any of the rain that sprinkled most of the day. My new "nest" at work is in front by the windows, and for most of the day people walking by had their umbrells up.

Wednesday is bridge day for the Tulane University Women's Club, and there are usually two tables in the lobby/lounge area of the Women's Center building. Today there were only five people. But they still seemed to have fun. Probably the weather made the difference.

The student workers are starting to reappear and we're able to leave the door unlocked for much of the day. I've been promoted from knowing where the spare key is to having one of my own--as well as what I think is the building key--and having a personal pass code so that I can disarm the alarm system if I'm the first one there in the morning.

I shall probably finish the preliminary inventory on the three boxes of Carolyn's papers relating to her political activities tomorrow. Then I'll go back to Mona's things and get her hundreds of pictures into archivally safe photo pages. They'd been ordered quite a while ago, but somehow had gotten misplaced. Compared to most of the supply shipments that have been arriving lately, it was a small box.

Didn't I say it was an IUD?
