I think the highlight of my day was filling up my "the reminder light is on" gas tank, doing some quick calculations, and realizing that I'd gotten a solid 24 mpg on the last tank. Well, I haven't been home much to do around town stuff.

However, that says something for my life--that it is (mostly) incredibly unremarkable.

After filling up the gas tank, I did my weekly shopping at WalMart. Saturday evening at WalMart--now there's an exciting life.

But--I spotted some orange tee shirts (for just $5) that said, in black letters, I DON'T DO COSTUMES. Before buying I checked to see what day Hallowe'en is this year, and it's a teaching day. So, I shall wear it to work. And, as I have done in the past, I shall bring a plastic pumpkin with enough snacks for the class. (They get them as they leave.)

As I said, definitely an IUD.
