I am having to really dash about to get to Xavier at my former time of 7 AM. But I'm getting closer. Trouble is, some people drive at the speed limit or below--in the far left lane. The time I'm on the road is definitely the high traffic time.

Eventually I'll get the timing down.

After I finished at Xavier I went over to Tulane and actually found a parking place not too far from my building. And then I worked there till a bit after 4. I'm getting closer to the end of this current processing. I'll try to get there really early tomorrow so that I can say "done" at the end of the day.

The library itself had a minor disaster earlier this week--a big portrait of (I think) the first president of Newcomb crashed to the floor. Luckily the frame didn't break--just the picture rail up at the ceiling. Maintenance was busy fixing it when I left.

I left Newcomb a bit after 4 PM and got home a bit after 5. I stopped at Wendy's on the way to grab a quick supper. My body is telling me that, given half a chance, it's going to drop off into sleep.

Tonight is the Harvest Moon. I should look up its rising and setting times. Moonrise of the harvest moon is usually pretty spectacular.

Maybe tomorrow I'll get all the lists (of what is in each carton) done so I can say "done" to all of Susanne's memorabilia.
