I finally got at the yard work after lunch and got another 8 - 10 feet of driveway de-weeded. And then I showered and washed my hair. And took a nap. This evening I've got dark laundry to do. I was going to do it this afternoon but it had become a nest for a yellow cat.

This has definitely been a "nesting" day--the furthest I've been from the house is the mailbox.

Tomorrow is the official start of the "I Hate This Season" period. It will end when I go back to work in January. I need to make extra efforts to have outdoor sun time to moderate the SAD I am prone to. It's nice that I live in in a climate where being outdoors is usually a very pleasant experience at this time of year.

I need to get a few groceries, but I do NOT want to go to WalMart on Friday. Or Saturday or Sunday. I guess I'll swing by there tomorrow on my way back home and get enough to carry me past the First Big Shopping Spending Rush.

I should sleep well tonight--I had a bunch of physical activity today, and it may be just cool enough that a cat decides to amplify my sleep brain waves.
