I thought I had avoided most of the weed seeds that hitch a ride to new locations.

I was wrong.

I could see a few of those triangular little devils near my ankles, but I have to figure out how so MANY got onto the long-sleeved shirt and the towel that was in the chair. I got them off my slacks and t-shirt, but gave up on the other two items--at least for today.

But I got a LOT of the encroaching plant-life cleared from along the driveway. I kept looking at all the stuff I was pulling up and never did see what was dropping those triangular seeds.

It was a productive afternoon--I filled two trash cans with weed debris.

And then, since we are currently in a warm weather phase, I had to shower and wash my sweaty hair. After that I went out to WalMart for a few things.

That pretty much took care of my day.

The Saints did not lose today. That will have to wait till tomorrow evening. Or, they might win. But Reggie Bush is definitely out for the upcoming game with a knee problem. (He injured the posterior cruciate ligament last week.)

Definitely an IUD.
