It's the last day of May already!! The year is flying by.

I need to get my datebook calendar from my bag and make sure I have notes on my word-a-day by the computer to remind me of appointments. I remember the June set of birthdays--OD, OGD, and mine. I think that's all. (I never have found out what YD's husband's b'day is.)

I spent mot of the afternoon at PJ's reading a book that recently arrived--Riane Eisler's The Chalice and the Blade. It is extremely interesting (to me) and I have several books from the footnotes marked to see if I can find them at a reasonable price.

I think I have one of the books cited, but I am not sure where it is, and right now it's too warm to do a good hunt. I'll hold off on getting another copy. But I won't hold off on some of the others, especially if I can find them at a great price.

PJ's was almost empty this afternoon--guess people were busy doing yard stuff or something. As I said before, school is out almost everywhere.

Unless something exciting and/or significant happens this evening, today will go down as an IUD.
