I seem to recall reading somewhere that it takes about three days for the body to acclimate itself to a significant temperature change.

Have you ever noticed that by the time three days have gone by that the weather has (usually) also changed?

The furthest I've gone from the house today has been down to the mail/paper boxes and back. That's 150 feet each way.

On the plus side, I DID get a significant amount of inside "puttering" accomplished.

Spots continues to gradually get CC used to him. The last day or so he has begun sitting on one of the stacks of stuff near the computer. Since CC likes to be right next to it, she is getting used to him.

And he is a VERY good auxiliary heat source at night. He doesn't try to move me, just warm me (and him).

I plan to go in to work tomorrow. Monday I had a different breakfast from Mickey. I had been getting an egg mcmuffin and senior coffee, but after listening to some commercials I tried the sausage biscuit on Monday. Highly satisfactory and more than a dollar less.

It's warming up a bit. The furnace has been running a lot less today. And there aren't any current freeze warnings for people and/or vegetation.

Once again an IUD.
