Today started with the semi-annual "checkup" at the doctor. It was a fairly early appointment, so there wasn't much waiting.

I was judged to be still alive.

And then I headed for the Imaging place to make an appointment for a mammogram and bone scan. The latter gets pretty hilarious--they don't like to scan where a bone has been broken. That rules out my left arm, and both hips/thighs.

My insurance won't pay until August, so that's when the appointments are.

From there it was back home. I had a bite to eat, and then a "sinking spell" which lasted a couple of hours.

The rest of the day sort of drifted by---aided by the latest Sookie Stackhouse novel, which I started in the waiting room of dr. #1. It's Dead in the Family and I intend to finish it tonight.

Maybe tomorrow I'll get some outside stuff done.
