Today was spent--for the most part--on getting Stuff relocated to wherever it should be. In other words--tidying up.

My body gave me a nice break in the afternoon--a sinking spell (nap).

But there was a bright spot.

A Cleco (power company--Central Louisiana Electric Company) truck pulled into my driveway in the early afternoon. And the guy agreed that the dusk-to-dawn light globe (which got blown off in Katrina) was beyond use.

I'd called a week or so ago, and told the answerer that there was no rush or anything.

And now there is a glow on my driveway with a much wider radius than before.

When I called only about a week or so ago I stressed that there was NO HURRY. (I'll bet they don't get many repair calls that say that!)

All in all, it was an IUD.
