For starters, I forgot to call the orthopedist for that appointment. Guess that's why they make tomorrows.

However, after spending the better part of today in R & R mode, I should be able to remember to do that tomorrow. I may stick a note on the bathroom mirror to help me remember.

And--spending most of the day working on R & R seems to have helped a bit with regaining energy.

My cats have spent the day doing very little also, which is par for the course in hot weather. One of the raccooon babies hung around for almost the entire day. I think he regards Spots as a funny-looking raccoon.


I shall now write a big note to put on the bathroom mirror reminding me about that appointment.

And then have something for supper.
