It doesn't feel like a full, 31-day month is almost gone, but it's less than two hours (where I live) until August.

Another dry and hot day.

I did get to the nail salon and had my toenails sawed off. Not really sawed, but they had to dig out the heavy-duty clippers. I ended up with bright red polish on them (the toes).

One woman came in with her itty bitty girl--probably no older than 4 or maybe 5. She had her (the child's) fingernails and toenails done. The child was incredibly well-behaved the whole time her mother was being taken care of. "Nails like mommy" must be be a pretty effective bribe.

I plan to stay at home tomorrow--I've got a bunch of stuff that can be done at home, including the final typing of several inventory lists.

And yes--it was definitely an IUD.
