I live in Providence, Rhode Island where I spend my days toiling away at a local printing company and at night toiling away (with much more enjoyment) at writing and freelance typesetting and layout. I'm a member of the Science Fiction Writers of America and the Production Manager/Art Director of The SFWA Bulletin.

I've published short stories, poems, book reviews, and essays for a variety of professional markets. I am involved in SF fanzine fandom, having published my own fanzine, Sleight of Hand and have had work appear in other fanzines. You can get more information at http://www.sff.net/people/jdteehan.

Most of my freelance work lately has been typesetting and laying out books for BearManor Media, a small but dynamic press in Pennsylvania. Check my webpage soon for more information on my freelance work.
