We get ever closer to the all-important Closing Day on the new house. All the paperwork is officially submitted to underwriters. Appraisals have been ordered with a rush. We're getting the insurance part settled by this weekend. We don't have the official "Okay To Close" notification yet, but our loan officer seems pretty confident.

Then it's a month of madness as we do the Big Move itself. the packing. The moving. The cleaning. The unpacking. The setting up. Mail forwarding. New routines. It's an exciting time and a busy time. But it'll be so worth it once all is said and done.

While I have several projects going on at the moment, I'm happy that the TumbleTap books are going to get out on schedule. We wanted Rogue Satellite Comics and The Complete Annotated Oz Squad out in time for the San Diego ComicCon, and it looks like that will happen. Copies will be available at the con--and when I know exactly where, I'll make sure to pass on the info for anyone who is interested. Likewise, I'll be setting up a system for ordering soon as well. They will also be vailable via Amazon.com and we're hoping to get into the Diamond catalog.

Here's something which will appear in the new complete Rogue Satellite Comics:

Then I tackle some new books. One will be a book called Rogue Satellite Attacks which will feature behind-the-scenes stuff with comic creator Chris Reilly. Likewise I have a number of proposals going out to others. So we'll see what the second half of 2009 brings.

Today's link takes you to Zach Golem's Space at ComicSpace.com. Zach Golem is, in fact, Kevin Atkinson, who provides the art for Rogue Satellite Comics, CompleX World, and Tomorrow Man among many others. Check out the artwork on his page, and read some of the comics he has posted.

Ya won't regret it.

Cheers!
