We still needed some basics from our registry, so we went out today to Babies-r-Us and purchased the rest of it. Here's part of what we got!

mattress pad
crib sheets
tot-locs (for kitchen cabinets)
outlet covers
nursery "care" kit (baby aspirator, nail clipper, etc.)
ear thermometer
inflatable bathing tub

and various other fun stuff! So the budgeting began today as well - we had to, for the first *real* time since we got married (and the first of many, many times, we're sure!), consciously put off purchasing for _ourselves_. But it's okay, because buying for Roman is just as much fun!
