-----------------------------------
We completed our first post-placement meeting with our local social worker this morning. It was no sweat. Just asked about our experience in Russia, our adjustments to both him and our marriage, his health, his personality. What he likes to play with, etc. What the future plans are with my work and Roman in daycare. The worst part of it was keeping Roman occupied, as he was really tired and getting cranky.

We see her again in 6 months. Then 2 more, at ages 2 and 3. Of course, once we receive her report what do we have to do before we can send it to our agency, and subsequently Russia? Apostille it, of course! It will never end.... by the time we finish Roman's post-placement visits, we'll probably be seriously talking about #2!
