A/P: Slacker Still Not Shaping Up

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Found out today that Ephraim finally passed his Intermediate Computer Programming class, with a grade of one-point-zero.

But his grade point average is still below one point one, so he has a letter again from the registrar's office and is flagged in the now vacant dean's office list, just like last term.

Although now, I'm not sure who will be talking to him (if ever) to ask him - firmly? - to change courses as he is now on the same level as the incoming sophomores, who are two years behind his ID of entry.

I will definitely step up if needed to talk to him about that, or to his parents, who hopefully will be showing up this time and not just calling the kind-hearted registrar's head.

But it may just be the acting dean who talks to him, or even the brother president (who now will be holding office in the college faculty for one to two days a week). In either case, I will volunteer to tell them of this deliquent student's ways.

@@ Since I found this out from conversing with the head of the registrar's office earlier, I told her that I found out the guy still had not enrolled because his advising folder is still with the engineering lab technician, along with those of some other students ranging from first year to fourth year.

What's strange is that for one of those freshmen (incoming sophomore), I know he is in school most of the time because he's preparing for the dance troupe presentation for the freshmen orientation.

So maybe we should have a new course B.S. Dancing for him made.

There is definitely a need for stricter measures imposed for those who do not go to their enrollment session in the time allotted.

That's one more thing to refine further for the new school year.

Session 2157 doesn't care about the P100-200 penalty for late enrollees. Class dismissed.
