A/P: CIA (Campus Investigation Authority) is Active

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Minor news day again. First, the discipline's office has passed to the student the resolution of the board/panel that the student did commit an act of minor disrespect and should be given sanctions.

The whole debacle is rooted, after all, in the fact that she was absent the meeting before, and therefore did not know the instructions they were supposed to follow, did not give an excuse letter and did not consult the teacher for a make up.

So the teacher cannot be faulted for taking them to task for making her repeat very detailed session long instructions given during the previous meeting they didn't attend.

So it's not true that she has no cause for apology. At the very least she should apologize for her unexcused absence.

@@ The discipline officer has also come to the conclusion that two seemingly unrelated robberies, one among the students' bags in the badminton court and the other among the janitors, was the work of one of their supervisors and not a student.

Not only did he seem to know where an empty wallet in a trash can was to be found far from his area of responsibility (and he lied about being told to search there) but one of his charges was also witness to him rifling through the things of students who arrived in their classroom as early at 630am AFTER the room had been cleaned, when he said he was checking that his janitor didn't take anything.

If that's the case, how would you know looking through the things if anything was taken, unless you've looked at them before, or you're not giving the real intention of your perusal.

Session 2337 likes all the inside stories being part administrator brings. Class dismissed.
