A/P: Weekend of the Term Break

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

It was only yesterday that I found out that only five or six of the Student Council members actually attended their reflection session.

Of course that still doesn't include that soon to be impeached discipline case.

But it just means the session could not have been as effective as it should be.

Maybe, just like they have to cater to when the students are available for activities, they should do the same for themselves, and just set another team-building activity one Saturday whole day.

And, then, maybe then, I'd be a part of it and give my ideas as well.

@@ I keep forgetting to announce in the student accessible version about the new guidance counselor. That's for Monday then.

And, speaking of plans, I should also get the new members of the astronomy core group off the ground (not literally), since it will be time for stargazing sessions in November or December again.

@@ In other news, I got a 3.5 in my Advanced Operating Systems class!

With only four requirements for the entire term (midterm exam, machine project, comparison paper and finals) and only midterms was returned graded, it was really apprehensive trying to compute possible permutations of my final standing using what I assume to be the lowest I could get in the project and the paper, and the lowest I could get in the finals.

There was still the possibility that even if the teacher was satisfied with our project and papers that I could get a 2.0, the lowest passing grade for masters' classes. But I guess if I was going to fail, there would have been signs of discontent, such as with the group that was asked to resubmit their work at a deduction, which is better than getting a zero.

Session 2347 has two subjects and a semi-thesis to go. Class dismissed.
