A/P: A Term With Nothing New On The Lecture Front

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

For the first time in a very long while, I will be having classes almost everyday except Tuesday and including Saturday, all in the afternoon.

At least that's the initial schedule that was given to me before classes start.

I have two classes in Assembly Language again, making it like the fifth term in a row that I'm handling this programming class.

Besides that, there's also computer systems organization, last taught on the third term of last school year, in other words January.

This, by the way, is the batch of the student who died two weeks ago.

The engineering and computer science students had taken up switching theory last term.

Sadly, that includes a certain student, who according to the registrar's office, had "invested" enough in high grades in his general education subjects during the first two years of his stay here that his cumulative grade point average does not put him on the list of alarming students yet.

I think that the GPA below one for three terms only applies to freshmen.

I will have to doublecheck that to be sure, and how it affects E-Frame's enrollment.

Now that I've mentioned it, I also don't like the term "alarming" students.

"Underperforming" could be used, since it's not as judgmental as "failing" students, but at least it doesn't sound as dangerous.

Or heck, why not just students "ineligible to enroll"? That simple.

Session 2351 is wondering if they really need the money that bad to let this keep continue enrolling. Class dismissed.
