Bad News Trickles Up the Pyramid

Student "edition" found at {thoughts dot com slash typed no space out no space loud slash blog}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Let's go a little more in detail into the administration evaluation and planning workshop.

This isn't the first one I had something like this outside of the faculty gatherings.

The first one was near the end of the previous year in the president's board room.

The second one was at the brothers' villa during the first month of the New Year.

It's very tempting to just write here about all of the potential "scandals" that I've heard about there for the first time that happened during the recent school year.

The bottom line is that these problems both with students and with personnel speak of a lack of sense of community and shared vision for the institution.

@@ As to the leadership camp, my first concern is that this batch of students seems to be a little less mature than in the previous years, being more childlike.

There are also three couples here that we as facilitators have to watch out for.

I'm just glad that the student facilitators seem to be of the same mindset as me in terms of keeping these romances to the sideline for the duration of their stay here.

More so because we have the awkward situation of the ex-girlfriend of the past president of the Student Council here with here current flame, and the past president is a facilitator.

Well, with all the drama being projected on television and even in the news, no wonder people subconsciously overlap, in high definition, in on their lives.

@@ On another light, the brother president in his session right now is asking the students about their concerns as student leaders, where he opened the door as to allowing the leaders to voice their would-be complaints about the school policies and facilities. I hope the students would be honest enough to say if they have a problem with the office, after all, we're here to help.

Here again I have the students have to distinguish between when the teacher is an ally and an "enemy".

Session 2651 moves perpendicular to the river. Class dismissed.
