What does it do? Requires the governor to offer 99-year gaming compacts to Indian tribes maintaining exclusive gaming rights on Indian land, and requiring that Indian casinos contribute to state revenues based on the state corporate income tax rate. Contributions to state revenues will cease if the state permits non-tribal casino-style gambling.

How I plan to vote: No

Why? "Let us maintain our monopoly, and allow us to lock you into the terms of the deal for 99 years, or we take away the money." Sorry, blackmail is not any cuter from the other side. Go back to the table and negotiate, guys.
