My breakfast this morning consisted of Swedish crispbread topped with reduced-fat cream cheese and Patak's medium spicy tomato chutney. I'm not quite sure what impulse led me to try this combination, but it was quite tasty.

There've gotta be some other possibilities in Indo-Scandinavian cuisine here. Maybe I should try making gravlax with curry spices.
