Can I just say that if you are a lawyer involved in real estate, or a rest estate agent, or any of the many professionals involved in a real estate deal, and you live in New York state, that you really should look into how they organize real estate transactions in the rest of the country?

Because if a contract states that a deal is supposed to close on a certain date and you have ignored that and now it is 3:30 on the day before the deal is supposed to close and you don't know when the close is supposed to happen, you are not really doing your job, are you?

So excuse me while I go slam my head against a wall a few times, will you?
