So, this is the first day of my Spring Break, and hopefully, I'll get to enjoy it. The one really big drawback is that since I still live with my father, I have to deal with him all week, and he just keeps getting more and more demanding of my (and my brother's) time.

But, despite that, I'm thiking it's going to be a good week. Halfway through the semester, I have straight A's, I've been invited to be the TA for both the class I'm TAing this semester, and the film class that I'm taking right now, and I have a season pass to Disneyland, so I'm going on Wednesday (and could theoretically go all week long).

Anyway...So I didn't like the outcome, but I thought that last night's Oscar program was possibly the best I've ever seen. There were very few false steps in terms of the production itself, and the award for Sidney Poitier was simply wonderful.

Closing thought - Why do we do stupid things that we know better than to do, because we know they only hurt ourselves?
