So, I am absolutely livid right now. After waiting a week for my number to ported over, I called T-Mobile, figuring that I'd be told that the problem was on Sprint's end, and that I should call them up and yell at them. After waiting on hold for over an hour (which I figured on), I was informed that they had in the system that my old number was with AT&T. So the reason I've been waiting around like this is that the request to transfer my number has been bouncing around the AT&T computers, where they are apparently too stupid to notice that it isn't an AT&T number. So, I have to wait while they cancel the request to AT&T (10 minutes-24 hours), and then wait while they submit the proper request to Sprint, which could take anywhere from a few hours to another week.

I could almost cry, I'm so frustrated. I had even left my Sprint phone off since the 31st, so that I could contest any bill Sprint tried to send me for January, on the assumption that it was on their end, and that they'd try to milk my account for one more month.
