And Heaven let go of it's Marbles

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...

...er, I mean out in the garden...

...this happens!

Yikes. It came down all of a sudden-like. It looked like a carpet of white coming down from the heavens. And it left this:

...and all we could do was sit here, inside where it's warm and dry, and watch as the gods in the skies rained white bullets down on our land...

Unfortunately, during this brief but very violent hailstorm, Paul was out taking his Dad to the clinic for the second time today. They are testing him to see if a catheter can be removed, so he had to go home for a few hours and then go back. I estimate that just around the time they would be maybe walking from the car to the door of the clinic was when the diluge hit us. I hope they are OK. And Paul's driving MY car, so I really hope all went well. He's not used to driving it in weird weather like this.

It's April the Twelfth, by the bye. Supposed to be spring. This looks a lot to me like the Winter-That-Never-Happened here.

But the sun is straining to come out now, only a few minutes after the hail, so I'm confident it will only be a memory, but for my hurriedly snapped pictures. I have proof for any doubters.

Cheers,

Bex & Co.
