Lifescript

Hi,

This is just a quickie entry to introduce you to a web site I just stumbled upon that seems, for all the world, to have an abundance of good information for women (and for men, too!).

It's called Lifescript, Healthy Living for Women
and my-oh-my, is it ever choc-a-bloc full of good information for the fairer sex. I see it also has good advice for men, as well, so I offer it here just to share. Almost everyone has something about their lives they wish they could know more about or change in some way or another, and this site seems to have an endless bottom.

So that's it for tonight. I'm trying to stay awake until 9 p.m. so I can catch Episode 2 of Series 3 of Downton Abbey. I missed it on Sunday, and then on Monday I was all set to catch it at 1:30 in the afternoon. I wrote it on the board in the kitchen, I got myself all set up with my needlepoint project going, TV on, and then.... then.... I totally forgot about it and by 3:30 I realized I'd missed it - again!

So it's now 8:15 p.m. on a Tuesday night. It's due to re-air at 9 p.m. and I'm not sure I can stay up that late but I'll give it a try. If I miss it again, it may repeat yet again before the next episode airs on Sunday night.

Night-night all,

Bex

The late Esmerelda Crowell

"The one absolutely unselfish friend that man can have in this selfish world, the one that never deserts him, the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous, is his dog...

He will kiss the hand that has no food to offer; he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounter with the roughness of the world...

When all other friends desert, he remains."
