One and a half hours of yoga tonight at Gold's Gym. Real hard stuff too. I was in tears through much of it, but the payoff is good. I feel relaxed and sexy for the weekend.

I've been reading the "Dictionary of Heresies and Heretics." It was $7.98 at B+N. It's not quite a gripping read, but it may prove useful as a reference later.
