Sometimes ministry is so worth it!

Today after the service, a member (who has really been sucker-punched with tragedy in her circle of friends and family this year) walked up to me and said,

"Pastor Cheesehead, thank you for that sermon! Some weeks I leave here and I am downright inspired all the way to Wednesday!"

I replied, "That's wonderful! You do know that that's two more days than most of us get, don't you?"

We both laughed...
