I had my Eagle Scout Board of Review today... and passed! So woohoo! Now I'm an Eagle Scout... and... I'm an Eagle Scout. I can say it is very important, and will help me a great deal in the future (nothing gets a big wow like saying you're an Eagle Scout), but it's almost a relief knowing I'm done being an actual Boy Scout.

Maybe somewhere down the road I'll get back in to scouting. But for now... a few more meetings before I'm done for a while. It's FIRST Robotics time. I found out today that our team, 339, is going to be at nationals! Where's Kilroy? Richmond and Annapolis in March, Atlanta in April! In addition, I was able to garner an additional $1,000 from the Stafford County EDA when the team mentor and I made our little "sales pitch." There are strong indications that I'm going to be the team captain this year as well.

This has been a good ending to an extremely long week, and the positive push will hopefully get me through this month.
