2007-02-10 9:01 AM Morning Person? When people ask me whether or not I'm a morning person, I usually say that I like the mornings; so long as I am in bed, asleep.
I'm realizing more and more that I don't mind mornings. They can be alright, and looking at them positively helps the rest of the day's horror go by easier (I am at heart a night person). What I really don't like is waking up. Getting out of bed is a nasty feeling. I'm a light sleeper, and often wake up to little sounds in the house. Not only do I wake up hearing them, but 10 years of music has enhanced my hearing, and so I sit, awake, trying to identify exactly where and what is making the noise. Not the smartest thing, but in the middle of the night its a compulsive action. So am I a morning person? Once I'm out of bed, absolutely.
