Suddenly, at around 8:45PM this evening, the offer came through. I accepted.

I'm sort of in shock. ...but stoked!

More details to follow. In the mean time, I'd just like to thank everyone who talked me through this past week - I'm confident they'll be letting me out of the hospital and ending the electroshock in time to start on Wednesday. Although, I really am gonna miss the padded room...so soft and fluffy!

I started this blog about a year and a half ago, when my life was very different, and my writing was even more cringe-worthy. In a way, I knew I wanted it to be about the road to this very moment - to finding your power animal. I don't wanna jinx it, but I think that might have just happened. It's been a hell of a ride, and I want to thank you all for sharing it with me. Even douchebags like you, Frosty.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go pour myself a drink. And smile.
