Today Labrador came back to life and showed her old appetite at suppertime. The People rejoiced. I did a little jig and bit on Poodle’s hind leg. It’s been four days. Tomorrow, we might be in for some play. Poodle plays okay, but she doesn’t bow and paw my head like Labrador does. Plus, Poodle has high sugar, and sometimes she just wears out and then she sits on her bum and I can’t reach her hind leg to chew on or drag her across the floor by that leg. I must have diversion.
If you’re counting, it’s the three of us. And Cat. And the People. But I’m the only one you need to listen to.
