Kitty antics

Ok, I have a stupid cat. I will start by saying that she is fine, no damage done. She decided to jump off the porch yesterday. I live on the third floor. Thankfully she jumped on to the neighbors roof. Of course this led to the interesting dilemma of how to get her back, which ended in Paul having some nice scratch marks. (It was Nightmare, of course she scratched.)

Anyhow, everything else is still quiet. Work has been busy as usual, but I actually got to go home before dark one night this week, so that is a sign that things are improving. Of course what happens now is totally dependant on if we go to war next week. This is the problem with retail jobs, they are so directly effected by the politics of the day. Personal opinions aside, war would be bad for business. And I really don't agree with the process of it anyhow.

Paul is still suffering the lingering effects of the cold, but he mostly back to normal. He is now trying to get caught up on school stuff, so don't be surprised if he doesn't post for awhile. He is forcing me to take the day off today from all chores and projects, as I have been overdoing it a bit lately. So I get to sit and play FFX for the rest of the day. Yippee!

My in-laws will be visiting at the end of the week, for Sam and Graham's 1st birthday. I am looking forward to the celebration. They are so cute now, they both are so unique. Sam has a tooth, and they are both learning to walk.

Many thanks to my grandma, for the beautiful layette set she made for the great-grandbaby. I got it in the mail yesterday, it was a very pleasant surprise.
