Jade is one week old today. I still can not believe that this little person belongs to me. Well, belongs to us is more appropriate. Paul is probably one of the few dads who can rightfully claim that he has changed more diapers then I have so far! I just want to pick her up and cuddle all the time. We are trying very hard to establish some kind of schedule for feeding and changing and all that. It is hard to get through nights, as I am not a nap person. So, basically, we are both pretty tired. These first few days have all gone by in such a blur.

We have our first appointment with the pediatrician tomorrow, so that should be fun. I am just looking forward to being out of the apartment.
