I joined the gym today. JCP has a gym very inexpensive, so I finally decided to join. I need a bit of motivation in my health and weight loss. First impression, I like it. I had a session with a trainer today, he showed me how to use all the equipment and gave me a schedule for when and how long to use each machine for. The good thing about it being a JCP gym is that I can go during my lunch hour. It is right in the building, so very accessible.

Next news, Paul started his job on Monday. I am sure he is pleased to be back at work, but orientation is always a bit of a drag. I am really happy that he is in a semi-new job, and he will be much happier there.

On the WOW front, I made level 27! Woo Hoo! And I can now mine gold! I wish I had more time to play. Not much else going on really.
