Happy Thanksgiving to all, even a bit late. I hope everyone had a safe and stuffed holiday!

Finally the cold weather hit Dallas! Its been in the 30's at night, and 50-60 during the day. Very nice. The only problem I have is all the dust from turning on the heat, its made my allergies go crazy. For the first time ever, I got up at 5am and went shopping yesterday. I spent a whopping $6 at best buy, but got a great deal, and had tons of fun. As long as you don't HAVE to have something, shopping on black friday is fun. The crowds are huge, but for the most part jovial. And expected. Best Buy was well set up, so the line, despite being all the way to the back of the store, went quickly. I also went to Target, and bought some gifts. Nothing doorbustery, but fun.

Otherwise, all is well. Jade has started to play warcraft, which is really funny. She gets really excited when she wins a battle. She is also doing well at her letters. Every ride home at night is a letter finding game. Every street sign has potential to be a cause for excitement. "Mommy, D, look mommy!" And she is doing great in the pool. She can float by herself, and swim a few feet without help. I am so glad we got that membership!
