So what is it that sends people into an unreasonable fear? Small spaces, the dark, spiders...nearly everyone has something. Mine is the Doctors office. I hate going there. My blood pressure goes through the roof. If its a planned visit, I can't sleep the night before. I start to shake hours before I even walk in the door. Why??? My mind knows there is nothing to fear. I am just going for a checkup, or a follow up or some sillyness. Yet here I sit, a shaking mess. Sigh.

On the bright side, my shoulder is recovering nicely from its sprain, and there is no need for me to go back. Now if I could just calm down...
