When I sent out the notice for the new issue yesterday, a large portion of the addresses on our list were visible. That was my mistake and only mine. I apologized for it. That's all I could do.

It would have all worked out all right except that the editor of another publication was on that list and he took it upon himself to pirate said list and to send his own announcement to our readers and contributors. While it may seem a small thing to some people, this blatantly rude and unprofessional behavior has really stunned me. I cannot apologize enough to make up for the loss of privacy although I wish I could. I can, however, scrap the mailing list and just hope that Mr. PH Madore of Lit Dispatch, or Dispatch Two, or whatever it's called will no longer bother the people who were on our list.

If any of you still trust us (me specifically) with your email address, you can resubscribe on the main page of HeavyGlow and/or by checking a radio button on our submission form when you send in your stories.

Again, you have my heartfelt apologies for my mistake. Unless you resubscribe you will no longer receive any email announcements from HeavyGlow.
