Let me get this straight. A man assaults a woman publicly, puts his hands on her breasts and it's OKAY becuase, well, hell, he's openly gay so he can't have meant aything by it? It can't be sexual assault becuase well, we all know he's not interested in women THAT WAY.

I caught this on CNN.com and sat thinking about it last night until my brain blew up. I did/do not watch the Golden Globes (which are SO played up and it's SO weird - they're given by an assocation of just about ONE HUNDRED people - 100 people igve and award and ti gets prime time coverage -oooo cuz it's Hollywood.

So Isaac Mizrahi is apparently interviewing people before the awards and he this to more than one actress - PAWS HER outside the damn award show. PUTS HIS HANDS ON HER BODY. ON HER BREASTS in one instance. And this is FUNNY? It can't be battery or assault because well everyone KNOWS he what? He won't rape her? He doesn't mean anything by it? He's gay so he doesn't know what breasts are? How can this possibly POSSIBLY be acceptable behavior?

Why didn't any one of the women slap the shit out of the slimeball bastard? Too shocked? Too afraid it would be on television? Too afraid they'd offend him? Who the fuck is he that it would matter?

How dare he? If some straight dude had touched any one of them, would they not be horrified and upset? It's NOT OKAY.

Rule of behavior for Mr. Mizrahi - Keep you goddam hands off women's breasts and stop behaving as if asking rude horrid leering questions is cute and funny because well you can't have meant anything by it right? Everyone knows, right? Right.

I wonder if anyone is going to speak about against him. Or are we too glamoured believing that he must be important, he's on tv, so it's okay.
