OK, I just wrote and deleted a sublimely whiny and self-indulgent post about why I'm having so much trouble forcing myself to sit down and revise the stories I wrote at Clarion.

Now, having turned a much more positive psychological leaf, I've decided that I'm not having a problem at all. I'm actually percolating in a heightened state of pre-revision. I'm going to be out of town over the weekend at a friend's cabin by the lake, sitting on the beach sipping mixed drinks and engaging in really feverish pre-revision mental preparation.

Then, when I'm restored to computer access on Sunday, I'm going to actually revise stuff.
