TA'ing, Stranger than Fiction

So I discovered the problem with agreeing to read over students' rough drafts to give them suggestions:

Some of them might take you up on it.

Honestly, I didn't think it was going to happen.

In other news, I went out to see "Stranger than Fiction" today.

It was good.

There were a few predictable bits, a few moments that you can't think too hard about, and it did the thing that drives me craziest in a certain kind of Hollywood movie--the ending montage in which every last single thread in the movie is resolved, with everyone getting what they deserve and everything that should happen happening, however tangential to the plot--but overall, I enjoyed it. Will Farrell even displayed a previously unknown ability to do that whole acting thing.
