And now back to your regularly scheduled programming...

Okay so I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 144lbs.

144!!!!!

I'm sure it is a fluke, since I ate very little yesterday (not really on purpose, just didn't eat as much as I should have). I had a bowl of cheerios, a cup of yogurt, a handful of grapes, 6 triscuits, one of those terribly bad for you cherry pies (you know the kind that they sell 2/$1.00) and probably a full gallon of water.

I can't remember the last time I weighed less than 145 lbs. Even when I was doing this 6 week workout thing in early 2004 the lowest I got was 146lbs.

I woke up with a raging headache. (I know, I know, I promise to eat better) But hey, if the pounds want to keep coming off, I have NO problems with that.
