Hey!!!!!! I haven't made an entry on this thing in a while.... basically because I have been driving myself nuts with buying a condo. As a note to anyone who is buying a house... the more you yell at someone... the more you get. Since I took it upon myself to yell at random people during this whole fiasco, I have got close to 7,000 dollars taken off the list price, the seller to pay 5300 dollars for an assessment for new sidings and pavement, and about 3000 dollars worth of new appliances. All I have to do now is close... which was supposed to be today but the mortgage broker, in her infinate wisdom, fucked up the paperwork...... soooo I guess I will close tomorrow.
