Saf's Sunrise

Well, I caught this in sections. It started coming up while I was at the bus stop, around 6:15 this morning. The temperature was 62 (this ain't good folks, we'll be 85 by this afternoon and it's too early in the year for that).

The dark blue sky gave way to a blueish gray. I don't have a clear view of the horizon and could only see it as the sun came over the trees. Just behind the treeline, the sky turned to a deep salmon. As the salmon lightened to orange sherbert, the area above was a halo of eggshell. Thin, whispy, pale orange and yellow clouds streaked across the sky. The sun was above the horizon by 6:45. A gentle breeze blew and the birds woke up from their night's sleep.

It's not much...my view is just too obstructed.
