Well, hubby heard from the judge today. We won the eviction case that has been pending!!! FINALLY an end in sight!

They have 10 days to remove themselves, if not, then we have the legal right to lock up the house, even if their belongings are in there. I REALLY hope THAT doesnt happen! But, its a huge relief for both hubby and I, and god willing we can move forward finally.

Other good news, daughter is involved with another school play. They are doing "Your a good man Charlie Brown". She is on stage crew again, and has been working diligently every night after school. The play opens on Friday and ends on Sunday. This production is put on by the kids themselves, with no help from the school staff, so it will be very interesting to see how this comes out. Daughter has voiced her opinion about how unorganized this whole thing has been, but has also said that this week everyone seems to have come together and worked out the kinks in it all.

The other other good news, I signed up my boy in soccer, he doesnt know yet. I think the running around will do him a great deal of good, and it will give him some sort of schedule to keep to throughout the summer.

We also are firming up our plans for vacation this summer, now that we know the outcome of the eviction/judgement, we can firm up our plans finally! We are heading to Kentucky to spend time with kymomma and family, and then heading to a campout at my girlfriends house with about 40 of my online friends. The campout is a blast, great folks, great food, and a great time!! I will even get to go horseback riding!!!!!!!!!

so, all in all, today has been not only productive, but a day of good news :)

oh, and I forgot to add, I fixed my bike last night, so now I will be able to go riding with the kids more often!! Last night I went out with them and halfway into our ride, it started to rain, and of course, it couldnt be a gentle sweet spring rain, it had to be a down pour. I came home and looked like a drowned rat! It was fun, we splashed through mud puddles and raced each other. My husband commented "what are you going to do when we dont have small kids anymore?"
