...starts off with a semi-finalist placement in the spring 2008 Scriptapalooza TV contest. Jennise and I tossed in The MacGuffin Capers into their pilot category, and came out in the top 24.

Our agent is very pleased and it will provide us some oompf as we go forward. Scriptapalooza might be the best competition for a pilot to get a nod from, as very few respected contests allow pilots in the first place.

Now we're on to writing a couple of scenes to enter a diversity contest sponsored by NBC-Universal. That, plus wrestling a saber-toothed tiger of a new feature, will keep my creative mind busy for a good several weeks!
