I received the third submission for Lone Star Stories in as many days, and it was a good, solid story. Unfortunately, it was also a reprint, and I really have to love a story to consider an unsolicited reprint. So, I said no but asked the author to send more work my way.

I've done no writing at all today, but I did get a rejection of my revised poem. The editor wanted more of the "story," but it's a brief poem that is supposed to leave the background to the reader's imagination. Oh well.
