Martha Wells has agreed to let me reprint her story, "Bad Medicine," in the next issue of Lone Star Stories. She's one of my favorite authors, and for anyone who hasn't read her novels (The Element of Fire, City of Bones, The Death of the Necromancer, and Wheel of the Infinite), you're missing out on some great reading.
